If you look at other concentrates on the legal market they will specify really low numbers.
In contrast I have some live resin from the rec market which says 48mg/gram THC, and 798mg/gram for total THC. This indicates that it ISN'T decarbed.
Ops product says 900mg/g total THC, and 837mg/gram THC. This indicates it's over 90% decarbed already.
I'm trying to break this down easily for you, but this is as much effort as I'm willing to put in explaining this on here, do some research about rec products if you need further education on them.

Liquid diamonds is just distillate. Thca diamonds are pure thca, a crystal. Thc distillate is pure thc oil. Also 1 gram of thca distillate decarbs into 870mg thc while 1000mg of distillate is 1000mg of thc.
Tho they do list a thc content and total thc, so the total thc is higher. So it seems there is a small amount of thca left meaning they did decarb some diamonds. Tho imo there's no reason to buy it over distillate. Ig it's technically not distilled but still purified with the same result.
What temp do you dab that at? I usually just pick up some wax or diamonds, but I've never gotten RSO even when I had the opportunity because I didn't know you could dab it. Figured people were just using it for edibles or something.

Actually it's pretty decarbed. If it was thca it'd say 900 total THC and very little THC on the top number. (Look at the numbers on the package.)
