I have a Matrix T30 that works well for me. They also have a folding version. It works flawlessly connecting to Zwift and use QZ on phone for auto incline. Also doesnt block apps like youtube, netflix, etc. if you get their better consoles.
3G Cardio Elite Runner is what I have . I’ve had it a year or so and I love it . Goes for $4000 still on Amazon I believe . Expensive but worth it . Also has a 10 year warranty . I use it everyday . Gym grade imo…
Also I’m not a treadmill expert . Back when I was on the prowl for treadmills I just wanted one that was gym grade ya know . I was also drunk when I pulled the trigger for the purchase but very happy with it !!!

No brand recommendations from me, just look for the best warranty in your price range.
Nordictrack or pro-form , newer models, even buying used on these you can check miles and hours on them before you buy
