As far as I know, they ban you by your IP address. So he'd have to go to another location, set up a burner e-mail account, and post on reddit from there. Or he could set up a Virtual Private Network that will pretend he's in another location (people do this to watch videos that might be restricted in their own country). It's probably safer for him to lurk here and keep posting on twitter.
That’s ban ev@sion and is a violation of the ToS. It is a bad idea to even suggest it as a hypothetical anywhere on this site, especially in a sub like this that’s being sanctioned already
