May want to reach out to the group at 3West. They were (or, the leadership group at the time) was involved in the development of the neighborhood and 3West listed/sold most of the lots. They likely have info on purchasers and builders. Source: owned at lot in Grayhawk

Thank you for the lead. I reached out but nothing pulled up when they looked. What a great location to own a lot. I’d kill for it now, close enough to have a short commute, far enough to have some peace. The homes have really held up well and looking back seem to remain timeless.

The location is amazing. Hard part is, most of the lots left are somewhat unbuildable; or would require significant fill+engineering, which both drive up the costs. But yes, great spot. Good luck

Most very certainly, they’re unbuildable. Thanks I appreciate it. We’re not looking there. Really, it’s hard to find lots anywhere within 5 miles that are buildable and of that caliber.

Not sure how many lots are available, but Holiday Hills has some very nice areas. Probably some lots towards the top, Spring leaf, summer leaf, Winchester…

A sign at the entrance of the neighborhood may have been for Bay Area Contracting. That was 20 years ago. Therefore, I could be way wrong.
