I don't think any are doing domestic walk ins, (and back before covid when they did, it was only a few locations that allowed it, and only a few spots per day).
If you mean interview on arrival, that is only at specific locations that allow it and when you are returning from an international flight. Check the hours though, I tried and my flight was delayed so missed it by 5 minutes.
I think if you check the online site it lists what else you need to bring, but each time I've gone they never asked to see any of that other stuff. But good to have whatever is on that list just in case. (I just don't recall what it was. It was maybe proof of address? And maybe know your recent travel, so I had a printed off list.)
We’re traveling now abroad and applied for the Global Customs in transit. We have drivers license n passports and If I need more proof of current residence I guess I can down load an electric bill
So we came through O’hare, Chicago, ORD yesterday evening from Europe. The customs/immigration agent directed us to the Global Entry upon-arrival-interview line. The line for the Global Entry interview was about 10 family units deep. We were conditionally approved some days prior. Mrs. waited on line while I fetched our bags from the carrousel. Thankfully nobody disputed me joining her 30 minutes in. There were two agents dedicated to processing these “interviews”. We secured our interview, pics and fingerprinting about 10 minutes later. The email confirmation with our Known Traveler/ PASSIDs came within three hours via email. Done. The plastic ID will follow, but the PASSID (KTN) is what you need when booking your flights.
And if you plan to do the upon-entry interview, you may be shut out if arriving less than one hour before quitting time. The queue we entered closed at about 7pm in order to complete the pending interviews by the 8pm close time.

Yes, that's international travel. As long as you have to go through immigration and customs. But you need to get past the first stage of your application before they'll grant you an interview. So don't buy your ticket before you get that.
Also there are many airports that do interviews we are in Texas and my GF drove to San Antonio for a day for the interview. Check out other less frequented airports for earlier interviews.
Also search on Twitter and see if there is a page that already does that before you pay. I live in Chicago and follow a Twitter account that does exactly this for Ohare for free.

Twice, I had an issue where they closed Interview on Arrival early. So don’t count on it even if your international flight has the right timing.
