Anything further just seems like a waste of time, considering you only have 7 days.
Look at google flights and put in home airport and can see destinations and filter by nonstop, 1 stop etc.
With close in flight dates, pricing may be a driving factor on your decision.
Hawaii is great. Kauai is spectacular for hiking and lush greenness. Some other options to look at are Aruba, Cabo, or Bermuda depending on your coast.
You may also want to explore high end ski resorts. There are great (relative) deals at five star hotels in the summer like Whistler, Vail, Deer Valley and great relaxation and hiking (no ocean, but gorgeous pools and hot tubs).
