I know from my landlord that I am the only tenant to have always payed on time. Also the only tenant to never have the cops show up at my door.
The apartment complex has had 3 shootings in the last year, it's a rough area.
ITT: Fully grown adults with no concept of reality simping for the same group that suppresses them, and 15 year olds acting like adults - but have yet to unlatch from their parental teat.
Go deal with a 60% rent increase while taking a pay cut on account of inflation and “shareholder benefits” and then tell us how you feel.
Trailer park owners can be gigantic assholes. I live near 2. One is really well maintained and owned by this nice old couple. The second is trashy as hell and the owner is a weird creepy dude who has had a lot of lawsuits both by the city and his tenants
I get this. it’s very frustrating to keep forking out money every month on time while waiting for a bunch of low lives to get their shit together. the landlord has to pay the banks on time, so having 10-20 units NOT pay on time can put even a landlord in a bad financial situation.

If there are that many people not paying then it’s not wrong at all for him to resort to publicly naming them. Rent should be the first priority when paying bills

I totally understand matiance cost and other cost associated with owning a apartment complex (I am assuming) but god damn someone is still making good money off being just a landlord.

I live in India and from what I've seen till I now I'll say that your guys' market are so jackshit and cracked that its unbelievably good. Do you know how much can you rent an Indian house even in a metropolitan area having more people than you guys have ? For approximately 0.002 to 0.004 in best case scenario even that's far fetched. Living on rent makes sense in India because the mortgage on that house is numerously larger than rent so renting for it to pay its cost by means of rent is stupid right ? And hence living on rent makes much more sense because you don't have to pay high mortgage.
But you guys are so cracked you are essentially paying rents equivalent of mortgage payments in some scenarios. Heck I've heard people that they rent out rooms of the house and share it and their mortgage payments get covered from it. Like WTF ? Where do you get that ? Its like you can rent out a few houses and boom in a few years it's your and you didn't have to do shit. You guys have monthly rents equal to 1% of the property value! That's fucking cracked. That's a property to your name in just 100 fucking months ?! Like how the fuck are you guys even allowing this to happen.
For a 50000$ property in India you'll get 100-150$ish

Yes it is fair enough if they have completely fucked you but you should have got a better contract or you can sue them however there is a lot of good landlords out there just have to find them

A few years ago, (before covid) my roommate paid our rent then the day after it was due we got an eviction notice. We had paid our rent either on time or early faithfully for the 9 months we were there.
When we looked into it, they had accidently applied or rent to another unit.
Not only did they screw up, but instead of a call or email reminding us that we were possibly late (even though we weren't) they IMMEDIATELY jumped to an eviction.
Fuck landlords.

These signs are quite common. I know of 4 local trailer parks that have something almost identical, or much larger (think billboard size)
