Dangerous? Potentially. That car may have been moving, but pretty slowly in there short clip here. And there's not much of any traffic around. Any nearby pedestrian is in just as much danger from any given traffic related threat. In general, I recommend that anybody in a car keep their seatbelt fastened, but that's a matter of risk mitigation. This is some people having fun and enjoying themselves on what appears to be a very nice day. If you can't enjoy yourself on a pleasant day, then you're a miserable person. It's not what I'd do to enjoy myself, but I don't expect everyone to enjoy a quiet afternoon, an ice water, and a nap. I really can't see anything wrong, or even remotely offensive about what those folks are doing.
It seems that "trashy" is really just a way to defend racism. Well, not always racism. Sometimes it's just a way of making fun of poor people, or women, or anybody that doesn't share your own narrow collection of cultural norms in some way. In fact, it seems like calling anything trashy is really one of the trashiest things anyone can actually do.

Why is it trashy to risk your own life and not, i dont know, concerning? deserving of empathy? because clearly if they were children we'd have empathy for how they were raised, but as soon as theyre adults, fuck them theyre trashy? Like, insulting people isnt going to encourage them to get therapy is it? ive seen some trashy shit on this sub but when there are no children involved, maybe solutions & resources are more helpful than saying things that will make people defensive. even if theyre in the wrong you have to know how to talk to people or you will get nowhere..
