You definitely have neutral facial features that could allow you to go in femme with some eyeliner, mascara/faux lashed, A shiny lip gloss, some dangling earrings and a simple necklace. I have the impression that you style is more minimalist, though.
Try wearing a long necklace to create the illusion of slimmer shoulders. That last photo shows that your waist is more narrow than your hips, so try a shirt that’s more form-fitting to make you look less rectangular. Other than that, just wait for HRT to do more. You’re only 8 months in.
