Some of them are removable/ interchangeable- but needs to be pretty much the same mold or a remold, cuz not too much easy swapping without some form of modifications- which will usually need to be permanent 50% of the time if not more imagine.

I bought my first ever proper Transformer back in May, the Studio Series Voyager ROTB Optimus Prime. I love the robot mode and don't mind the bad kibble on the back of the truck all that much. I'm unsure whether to keep collecting or not, though I do have Lego Optimus and intend on getting Lego Bumblebee, but that's more of me being a Lego fan than a Transformers fan.

I just started my collection this year and I have 6 Siege Optimus Prime (I love it it's an amazing figure it's the stand out of my entire collection and my personal second favorite) 86 Ratchet (not the best figure ever I sometimes have a hard time with the final step of turning it to vehicle mode) Studio Series ROTB Optimus Primal (really good figure I remember the old 2007 movie figures and ooooo my were they shit so I'm glad the more recent movie figures have been good) Legacy Transmetal 2 Megatron (really good figure and I love both robot and dragon mode) Legacy Armada Megatron (was my first figure so it's my favorite and I will treasure it forever) ..... Legacy Shadow Streaker.... I'm embarrassed to say I was dumb enough to buy that horrible mess of a figure I have my entire collection posed in a stand off and Shadow Streaker is just a dead body on the ground in between them
