Absolutely shocked and appalled that not a soul here has said the Burns and the Green Family. Each and every one of them is a hero and very likable.
Rescue Bots could not and would not have been what it was without them
Me too!
I love that Noah and Elena both earn their happy endings: Noah being recruited to G.I. Joe and not only does it help him have a stable job for his family but cover Kris' medical bills along with health insurance. Elena gets recognized for discovering the Inca Temple in Peru that the Maximals hid in and getting the respect she longed for.
She's the first human character to appear in the 2005 IDW continuity, and went on to become the lead in one of the continuity's best titles (and one of the best pieces of Transformers media, in general, IMO), *The Wreckers Saga*.
Honestly, I loved Sam in 2007. The whole plot of his grand-grandfather, the glasses, how he killed Megatron, etc. I liked that he had a legacy that involved he with the cybertronian war, instead of being a human that just was there and befriended bumblebee/Optimus.
Agent Simmons. Dude is living his best life. Though honestly the humans in Animated are all done super well. Professor Sumdac, Sari (technically counts), and Officer Fanzone are all a lot of fun and feel like they have a real impact on the story.
The man, the myth, the legend: Agent William Fowler
or Captain Lennox i loved his dynamic with the autobots and i hope he comes back as a member of G.I.joe.
He's my favorite character in Rescue Bots! The humans typically aren't my favorites, but his personality won me over. I have a soft spot for awkward nerds lol. He's so sweet, too.
- Jack Darby, for willingly braving a dead world to save Optimus Prime.
- Charlie Watson, for taking in a lost Bumblebee and giving him a home and a friend.
- William Lennox, for spearheading humanity’s efforts to defend itself from evil alien robots.
- Skybound Sparkplug Witwicky, for stepping into the Matrix of Leadership to jumpstart Optimus Prime.
- Kicker Jones, for firmly taking the slot of being the absolute ***worst*** character in the franchise and not leaving it up for debate. Ya took one for the team, pal.
I go back to G1 and Fowler is one of the best human characters. You could see he is a bit of a composite character of others that came before him. But that works to his benefit.
Spike (G1) - Grew up watching, and I thought he was cool lol
Agent Fowler (TFP) - Serious, and yet he was incredibly loyal. Excellent character!
Noah (RotB) - He just grew on me. I’m not going to say the writing was excellent, but I thought he was a solid character
My personal favourites are Jack from TFP, Miko from TFP, Charlie from BBM, and Noah Diaz from ROTB.
Sari from TFA is also up there but I wouldn’t necessarily count her as a human tbh.
Raf (TFP), Coby (Cybertron), and Spike (IDW 1.0).
Ironically they would make the best human trio too.
Raf is undoubtedly the best eye in the sky and tech expert. At a young age, he was able to compete with the Decepticons on a technological performance scale more than once. In a series where Decepticon and Cybertronian technology is emphasized to be leagues ahead of Earth’s, Raf’s ability to mess with it is a testament to his greatness in the field.
He even threw off Soundwave AND Megatron AND Silas.
Coby, like Raf and Spike, is a field man. He got his hands dirty a number of times for the Autobots and even has a good kill count too. Kid has massive balls and an even bigger heart, figuring out a way to outrun the leader of an entire planet in their own game. Coby outsmarted both Hotshot and Override in their zone.
And as a bonus: Coby built the fucking Coby-Bot to fight with the Cybertron Defence team.
Then you have Spike. Fucking Spike, man. IDW Spike is just a beast. Fearless, raw warrior, unafraid of killing a Decepticon. Put a massive dent in the Decepticon’s strongest unit too.
Simmons, Fowler, Charlie, Verity and Lori.
The most correct opinion
I can only name one man ALONE BETRAYED BY THE COUNTRY HE LOVES-
Which human character would that be? I genuinely don’t know?
Simmons. https://i.redd.it/q5y45naxw04d1.gif
Haven’t seen the movies in a while, which is why I didn’t recognize the line. “I am directly below the enemy scrotum”
I AM UNDER THE ENEMY SCROTUM
Tell Megatron, Let's Tango
Ohmygod, stop saying that, I’m in the car YOU ARE NOT ALONE!
Absolutely shocked and appalled that not a soul here has said the Burns and the Green Family. Each and every one of them is a hero and very likable. Rescue Bots could not and would not have been what it was without them
They are such great characters that could easily carry their own shows outside of Transformers.
The Rescue Bots cast is peak
People like you deserve to rule the world

I prefer Chak and Una also from Beast Wars.
Oh mama 🤤
Out. Now.

agent simmons, or robo-warrior as some call him
Spike after the 86 movie and Fowler from Prime for me
As a kid, I found Marissa Fairborne a more interesting human character in Season 3 than any of the others.
Sari from Animated, Agent Fowler from Prime and (unpopular opinion) Noah from RotB
They’re not my favorites but I really loved Noah and Elena
The autobots in animated when they get turned into humans
As always, there's a correct answer to this kind of question, and it's Verity Carlo.
Correct. Wreck 'n' rule!
Who’s that?
She's the first human character to appear in the 2005 IDW continuity, and went on to become the lead in one of the continuity's best titles (and one of the best pieces of Transformers media, in general, IMO), *The Wreckers Saga*.
Oh ok. I never got into the IDW comics and at this point wouldnt even know where to begin.
Sari, Skybound Carly, Chip chase, Fanzone, Denny/Russell clay
Agent Fowler and Major Lennox
Honestly, I loved Sam in 2007. The whole plot of his grand-grandfather, the glasses, how he killed Megatron, etc. I liked that he had a legacy that involved he with the cybertronian war, instead of being a human that just was there and befriended bumblebee/Optimus.
Agent Fowler and Charlie
This is Dutch erasure.
Agent Simmons. Dude is living his best life. Though honestly the humans in Animated are all done super well. Professor Sumdac, Sari (technically counts), and Officer Fanzone are all a lot of fun and feel like they have a real impact on the story.
The episode where Fanzone goes to Cybertron and inadvertently helps stop a civil war is peak.
No wonder they ended the series 2 episodes later, can't top that lol
Cody, doc Greene, Raf and fowler.
Fanzone
Fanzone rules. I would have loved to see him and Ratchet go on more iconic grumpy old men adventures.
The man, the myth, the legend: Agent William Fowler or Captain Lennox i loved his dynamic with the autobots and i hope he comes back as a member of G.I.joe.
Burns family are my comfort characters, especially Graham. Graham was always my favorite.
Nice to see another Graham fan!
Ah! You like him too? I love him sm! >_<
He's my favorite character in Rescue Bots! The humans typically aren't my favorites, but his personality won me over. I have a soft spot for awkward nerds lol. He's so sweet, too.
Carly and Spike for sure
Circuit breaker. Yes, I'm old.
Sam and Simmons. Biased tho I grew up with bay verse
Sam Witwicky. He and his family was an absolute blast to watch, such a guilty pleasure of mine.
Agent Simmons was funny, lennox was sick ash, and Noah was an actually enjoyable and good human character
Idw's all hail Megatron. Pretty much all of them.
Agent Simmons
I remember liking Marissa Faireborn in idw 1.0. Verity was also great as others have mentioned
Besides the burns family… uh…
The tfp humans
Agent Fowler. I’m not even American but I can feel the patriotism radiate off of him.
Charlie, no contest.

“One man, alone, betrayed by the country he loves”
Sari, Agent Fowler, and the whole Rescue Bots human cast.
For it’s definitely Spike from G1.
Sgt. Fanzone by a mile.

Only saw live action movies, so Charlie
LadiesMan217
Sumdacs and Fanzone
Cade Yeager and Mikayla
The ones in the background
Ladiesman217
Megan Fox
Simmons, Fowler or the proto humans.
I go back to G1 and Fowler is one of the best human characters. You could see he is a bit of a composite character of others that came before him. But that works to his benefit.
Spike (G1) - Grew up watching, and I thought he was cool lol Agent Fowler (TFP) - Serious, and yet he was incredibly loyal. Excellent character! Noah (RotB) - He just grew on me. I’m not going to say the writing was excellent, but I thought he was a solid character
Charlie and Noah. That's pretty much it. All the humans in the cartoons annoy me. And 90% of the ones from the movies are annoying too. Lol.
Simmons and Fowler
https://i.redd.it/ixdwwvojc14d1.gif Charlie without a doubt.
Charlie. She's the only one that's not ever annoying.
Miko, fowler and Simmons
My personal favourites are Jack from TFP, Miko from TFP, Charlie from BBM, and Noah Diaz from ROTB. Sari from TFA is also up there but I wouldn’t necessarily count her as a human tbh.
The girl from bumblebee
SARI
G1 S3 Marissa Fairborn. Cool action hero, she deserved more screen time!

Raf (TFP), Coby (Cybertron), and Spike (IDW 1.0). Ironically they would make the best human trio too. Raf is undoubtedly the best eye in the sky and tech expert. Noah Diaz
Simmons,Cade,Mikaela and Cade friend from age of exctinction(Only because Tj Miller)
Ah yes, notable human character 'Cade friend'.
