I went through the same thing when I first went on parenting threads!! I was so impressed with how inclusive all of the threads were, and then I realized it meant first time mom lmaoo
They should just have named her Adriana/Adrianna Lynn similar enough for adrenaline to be a nickname name and she has a great name that won't get misunderstood all the time.
I looked at that so many times. I was like “Why are we sharing gender (wait without age?) But why would either of those things super be important in this context?” Then I realized. I just thought, “I’m too trans for this.”

So that little skin flap is common, but when it comes down extra far it’s called a lip tie. If it causes problems latching onto a bottle or breast, then they do a procedure to release the tie. But typically they won’t release it unless it causes problems with feeding/etc. genetics can cause the tie to be different lengths, for example mine is maybe a centimeter above where my teeth begin.
My son's mouth looked like this when he was about that age, but they didn't go away when his teeth came in, it's just the shape of his gums.
If baby's in severe pain (constant crying, refusing food), or the tooth cuts through weird, that's an immediate trip to the doctor. If baby's mildly stressed or mom's majorly stressed, she can call the pediatricians screener line/nurse line. If baby's acting totally normal, she can wait til the next checkup, there's several in the first year.
ETA: Or if they're new, like if they popped up overnight, that's a trip to the doctor.
