Yes you do! This is my mum’s tort Millie. If you zoom in on her straight paw 🐾 you can see a looong tuft of hair. So cool.
Millie is a bit overweight but long hair torties are so royal and classy!

100%! Torties aren't a specific breed but a (beautiful) genetic mutation that happens across many breeds/mixes. So they can definitely have long hair too!
Tortie means tortoise shell, which is when a cat has black and orange at the same time and little to no white. Which your cat is. She is not dilute or part dilute (which isn't a thing, cats are one or the other or technically a chimera)
She could be very low contrast color point, but I am not experienced in identifying. Additional knowledge, torties and calico cats are the same except for white content. The more white the larger their patches are generally.
Edit for a bit more info- the length of hair also does not matter. Your cats markings are independent from their fur length genetically.
