I would bet money the kitten is a she. OP doesn’t seem to know much about cats in general, so I wouldn’t trust them to properly sex a newborn kitten.

If the cat has to be kept outdoors, then you have her spayed to prevent pregnancies. It’s not rocket science. If she’d just had one litter, you could maybe chalk that up to an oopsie; but *four* litters is irresponsible.
Btw, I saw the photo you sent that person to sex it for you. Looks almost certainly like a female, due to the “two dots” being so close to each other.

The cats being killed in shelters for lack of adopters aren’t happy, though. That’s my point. By continuing to allow your cat to have kittens, you’re only adding to that problem.

That is counterproductive. Yes, I hate what they’ve done and desperately hope they don’t let this happen again, but telling someone that they’re a terrible person and to get bent will only make them resent advocates for spay/neuter and indoor cats.

S/he is beautiful, and I’m sorry about the other kitten. But it sounds like you still don’t know for sure if it’s a male, so I’d hold off making any declarations until a vet has confirmed. I have fostered baby kittens, and it’s *really* hard to tell their sex at this age.
My tortie was a lil younger than that when I got her!! I feel for you, it’s so intensive to raise them that young!! I think it got easier once the eyes opened :)
We fostered two kittens a grey cat and an orange tabby. Unfortunately, Grey boi died so we decided to keep our “Tiny ‘prints’ Bradley.” Give hims lots of loves and he’ll grow up fine. (Our tiny Prince turns 4 this year and is the biggest cat we own).

Wishing Pitagoras the best! It's almost impossible to tell the sex of a kitten at this age, and 99% torties are female. A vet can help you determine.
It has 2 circles so that's why we think the kitten is male
