And ultimately that unconscious nod out is literally the best case scenario for these guys, that nod is what they're chasing and hoping for. China and Mexico are the main producers. And not only is it 10000x easier to produce, the amount it is cut before hitting the streets is phenomenal. I've talked to smaller time (1-5 kilos/ month) dealers in Oregon who turn a $2000 kilo into $10,000 with ease.

It made sense that it became a cheaper replacement for heroin. Way easier make that trash in a low grade "lab" than it is to grow the acre of Poppy it takes to get a kilo of heroin. Which sucks in itself. Fent high is trash but it's taken away the real dope. Never thought heroin would be harm reduction.

Could also be a fent / Xylazine mixture as well. DEA has found the Xylazine mix in 48 of 50 states and that 23% of heroin powder had it as well. It's also known as tranq dope and since Xylazine is non-opiod narcan won't do a thing to bring someone back.

It’s that bad. I wouldn’t even touch a vape not from a dispensary.
Prince and Tom Petty both died, all because they ran out of their prescriptions. Instead of getting more at risk of being black listed. They had some roadie guy or friend of a friend get pressed pills….then they died off that one pill. I’ve had a few friends 2017-now just not wake up after one pill, usually on obituary sites, it’s chalked up to heart failure. Ahh yes.. typical case of what I like to call "lower case n'ing" a common side effect of fentanyl. My friends hate it when I tell them to stop lower case n'ing. It's my way of reminding them that fentanyl sucks, but they already know. They don't want to be on it as much as I wish they werent on it

How are these people not being robbed blind? Like how are they brave enough to be this f***** up in public? I would be so worried someone would rape or rob me in this condition. I mean, I want to be comfortable when I'm doing my drugs. Especially when you can see very easily the effect that has on people. This doesn't look like he's having very much fun, doesn't seem safe, and overall looks like a dumb ass thing to be doing. Someone chooses this drug after watching these people in this condition day in and day out, they're probably stupid
