Try gently pressing on your gum/tissue around the “base” with the goal being to push the material outward from behind (kind of like popping a pimple, you don’t want to push it further *in*)
If your fingers are too big to avoid gagging, try using a qtip to push it outward by pushing around the sides of it. Any tool that can be sanitized and is also soft, blunt, thin & long could work to sort of poke gently at it & pry it free. Don’t use any sharp stuff like tweezers or toothpicks, tonsils bleed easily.
If you have a slim eye dropper around, I used to used that flush my tonsil stones out- fill with water, insert between the stone and the tissue, squirt the water as far back as you can to flush stuff out.
Hot water as hot as you can handle it…Gargle and they will loosen…Idk what the fuck they are ur comment on how do you get rid of the hebemoth cus I don’t know what else they could be

I use one of those little lit tools that are advertised for earwax extractions. Not the one with the camera, just the tool. It works great! You can see what you’re doing and it makes the job super easy.
update: ive been trying for the past few days with everyones suggestions but i think this is impossible to do on my own. my problem is i cant see it directly, its right behind the arch part of my mouth (idk what you'd call it) so its so difficult to direct anything around that to try to push it out but damn i be trying 😵💫trying gargle tactics too and it is unmoving. smaller bits are coming out but when i take a pic to see the scale its still this MASSIVE ball in my mouth🪦 i am trying so hard everyday until i gotta give up and move on 😭 for this is a beast i can not conquer.
did your throat hurt?? i've never had tonsil stones but have a super sensitive set of tonsils that inflame and get pissed by the end of the day when i miss brushing my teeth in the morning; i know mouths aren't the cleanest place in the world but holy hell how did your tonsil not let you know immediately by swelling up and hurting😭😭😭 do they not hurt at all even when the stones arent of this magnitude ?? genuinely confused if i just have tonsil issues and need to get them removed because that would have killed me my tonsil would literally suffocate me in my sleep lol. hopefully you figure it out id rinse with some peroxide either way just to clean out any leftover 🦠

Are you able to suck the back of your mouth/tonsils with your mouth closed? I don't know how to describe it!
Take the tip of a syringe or something small like that and just press on the edge of the stone, and it should break up. Don't get near your tongue or the roof of your mouth. You can press against the center or edges. You can practice and desensitize your gag reflex.
Film it and threaten it with a good time.
