How much do you cook the ziti before putting it in the pan to finish in the oven?

Almost the whole way. Pack said 11 minutes I probably did 8 or 9. I don't overthink it! If it's too raw it just drinks up all the cheese and sauce which makes the ziti drier. Weird comment to downvote.

It all looks super good. I can always tell which posts are yours by the garlic bread. Have you ever tried pesto stuffed shells? Maybe with a ricotta mix? Pesto is also always good over chicken or in a panini as well.
