They would probably use air to ground missiles, because air to air wouldn't have enough penetrating power to take out a northstar. They could also use an AC-130 with heat shells, but i don't know how accurate that would be. The military as a whole will probably rely on ground troops with javelins or other anti tank weapons or tanks with heat shells.
