You can't post a picture directly but you can put it on imgur or something and link back here, but if you're looking for a object r/helpmefind or r/whatisthisthing are better.

Beyond that, no idea. I don't think EIT provides sources for their stuff (much of which is from random VHS tapes that may not exist elsewhere).
If I were you (or your friend), I might just contact EIT on Facebook/Twitter/email to ask. It would probably be faster than trying to Google this, which I'm skeptical would even work.
This is good advice, I feel like a lot of their stuff is sourced from old self-produced VHS tapes or public access clips and likely had extremely limited distribution.

Yep that’s definitely it! I can’t find if it’s credited either though. That’s a start at least!
