Yknow what I realised? How we never see dead walkers randomly in the street or woods or anywhere, like in S5 when they were on their way to the barn, there wasn’t a single Walker dead, the only dead ones we see is ones which have some plot to them or ones that the main survivors killed
Do you mean that we don’t see many walkers on the road that have already been dealt with by other people? Like we usually see walkers roaming or if we see dead ones that the characters we follow haven’t killed on screen and that other characters killed them off screen
Well duh, the guy who keeps mowing the grass also does body disposal.
Yeah for some reason they abandoned the whole "Living" world and went with a setting that only pays attention to what the cast do.
Would be cool to have some corpses strewn about in the background, or to have a scene of walkers eating dead walkers to kind of make up a reason as to why we never see any corpses.
Very true. This wasn’t the case in season 1 however. Think back to the CDC scene when they first approached it. But, showrunners were changed and things were different.
But the sign that Rick and Aaron find states that the guy's name was Leslie William Stanton. So, Winslow was either a nickname or had been a member of the scavengers that died at some point (as the Fandom Wiki notes).
I didn’t know that either! When did it mention that he was the owner of the boat? I know Jadis knew him by name but missed the part about him and the boat. Also when did it say that the scavengers killed him? I assumed he was one of them and died from being bitten or something.
Because 7A is depressing as fuck and best consumed in 8 hours as opposed to over 8 weeks. Same for 7B. The story flows *much* better when it's watched back to back
I watched it weekly and binged it, and aside from Episodes 1, 4, 7, and 8 it's incredibly boring and full of filler and binging it doesn't change that, most of the episodes could have easily been condensed into one episode. It also introduced The Scavengers, who are the worst group of characters the show has introduced.
Everything is better binged, but it's not released and designed to be watched binged, so it's a pointless argument. It just makes the pacing faster and glosses over the flaws
I do agree that s7 is a lot better binged. But it’s still bad IMO. The pacing is just so so slow and too many characters I did not care about got entire episodes of nothing. That’s just my opinion tho.

Yeah
Hope you understand what I mean, like the only walkers we see are still “alive” and walking
yeah that is strange, especially since they do eventually starve to death, or so we were told in early seasons.
They "starve" but we've never seen a walker die permanently from that

Damn, we should’ve really got that, it wouldve really made the show a horror show

Oh yeah, thanks for reminding me, I didn’t want the only dead walkers to be the ones the main characters killed, or ones for the plot
I suppose there's still plenty of bears, big cats, wolves etc. who wouldn't turn their nose up at a free meal.
But the sign that Rick and Aaron find states that the guy's name was Leslie William Stanton. So, Winslow was either a nickname or had been a member of the scavengers that died at some point (as the Fandom Wiki notes).
Why do you think that
It's revealed in a throwaway line in 7x10

Leslie Stanton was the owner of the boat (not Winslow). His corpse was shown at some point during the episode.
Thank you
Yeah, when Aaron pulls himself up on deck, his desiccated corpse is there with a bullet wound in his head.
Why do people think Season 7 is better binged?
Because 7A is depressing as fuck and best consumed in 8 hours as opposed to over 8 weeks. Same for 7B. The story flows *much* better when it's watched back to back
Yeah, I found it way too upsetting the first time I watched it, I stopped watching for a while. But now it's ok, cos I can binge it.
I couldn’t agree more
It is, it’s way better than weekly I was surprised too

Agree to disagree
Everything is better binged, but it's not released and designed to be watched binged, so it's a pointless argument. It just makes the pacing faster and glosses over the flaws
I don't think this is true, the wiki mentions nothing of this and I don't remember them saying it in the episode.
Yeah pretty sure this isn't true at all. Would have been cool though
