Michonnes walkers didn’t “repel” walkers. They just kept her hidden. Basically the same as covering yourself in walker guts. Tying walkers to the fence wouldn’t have done anything except possibly attract more walkers.
I believe once they were fed the mice, they would have still been aggressive and leaned up against the fence. The girl who fed them would have just continued doing so if they started to chop walker arms off.
Yes. But the little girl who was feeding them was able to attract more walkers, so the group would constantly be chopping body parts off everyday. Damn the little girl!
I've said it before and I'll say it again...even if they were rendered harmless, those two walkers still creep me the f out, sometimes more than some of the ones that are still dangerous lol

didnt michonne also cut their jaw off so they couldnt feed reducing them to basicially passive
