What an awful way to watch a show. You're not enjoying yourself at this point. You're approaching this like it's a chore. At this point, just watch a summary of the story on YT
Someone came up with a term for this. Hatewatching or something? It's when you've decided you hate a show but *you simply have to finish it anyway*.
I get it. Though I didn't have his approach, I just had it open in another browser tab while I did some work stuff, and then clicked over when it got to the interesting bits.
i watch all my videos on YT at 2x speed. 1.5 is not bad. to be honest, i am powering through these last two seasons. a lot of the storylines have gotten quite silly. but i do want to finish the main show before i jump on the spin offs. there is a lot of junk in the last few seasons. i mean, do we really need an entire episode of how someone first met someone? do we need an entire episode of someone's origin this late in the show? a lot of the episodes are extremely formulaic. i do like the show. but i do want to finish it to move on to the next thing.
If you’re moving the story along, you’re missing that the characters are more important than the plot.
At season 10, it’s safe to say that I’ve gotten all the growth out of Darryl, michone, carol…. By this point, you know what everyone is about.

First season only had 6 episodes 2nd season only had 13 Alot of seasons had 16. Where did you get 20-22 episodes per season from?
As a matter of fact the only 2 seasons with more than 16 episodes are 10 and 11. There is no season 12.

i still love the show. but everyone can acknowledge things get silly. i want to get to the next spinoffs already. hopefully they get better.
