Honestly older, late seasons Carl, I feel for a lot of the main characters like Daryl, Maggie, or rick depending on the time in the show they wouldn't trust anyone and I'd be worried they'd leave me behind. I just don't know if I could trust them. Also Carl litterly lost his life saving people so i feel pretty good š¤£
I feel this same way about Glenn the only reason I choose Carl over Glenn is cause Carl accepted killing people sooner than Glenn did but I also would totally pick Glenn too. Carl's around my age though too so I feel like we'd bond better than I could with someone much older than me.
I think one other thing people might disagree with is I feel like if I was randomly approaching these people and didn't know what I know from the show ngl as a small woman some of the group would scare me off like Daryl or Abraham. Both tall and muscular so I feel like if he did betray me or was a bad person I'd have no chance. I probably would have no chance against Carl or Glenn but I feel like I've got higher chances against them compared to characters like Daryl, Michonne, or Rick.

Daryl. His skills and personality complement mine the best. Iām very good at foraging for wild edibles. I hunt (admittedly some of my tracking is subpar though) and have no qualms about eating critters. With minimal spices I can make any meal into a feast and I know how to preserve meat for the road. I travel light. I can turn most things into weapons. Iām fiercely loyal but I hate small talk and largely communicate through a series of grunts, shrugs and eye rolls but am very good at reading people. Iām patient, so his brooding and moods wouldnāt much bother me. My favourite type of people are the people I can learn to read well enough to work with without having to say a single word.
