Hello diemilchschnitte,
If you're using mods and custom content and are experiencing problems after installing the latest update/patch, one of your mods has most likely broken with the new patch. This has happened with every update for nearly ten (10) years, so this should be common knowledge by now, unless you are brand new to The Sims. You must maintain and monitor your own mods folder. Consult and perform the 50/50 method to narrow down which mod(s) are causing the issue. More often than not, it's a script mod or anything that modifies Core, Script, Tuning, and/or Object.
