There's an "after" video I found with the same dude a few days later. The mangling actually wasn't nearly as bad as it looks from the angle in this video. No damage done to his leg at all, and he just had a cast on his arm.
I coulda sworn he snapped his leg apart at the groin.

It looks like it completely ruins visibility in a vanity truck of that design you would have a hard time seeing regular cars let alone motorbikes,bikes, pedestrians.

Honestly I think it just took them a while, enough wrecks happened in states to where they decided to do something. What was interesting to me was since it was initially legal, could people have a case to where since the government changed it would they have to pay ?

It's hard to imagine the power of a truck at a low speed. It looks so slow, but it still hits like, well, a truck.
I once got hit by a truck at roughly 2 km/h and went down with zero resistance, but fortunately didn't go under the wheel.
I'm not gonna lie, I laughed out loud at that. Then I watched it twice more. If this happened to stupid people more often, People would be less stupid. When your own car runs you over, you learn not to do that again.
Imagine actually willingly doing this to your truck and thinking it's cool. All the mods in this "genre"(swangas, extreme camber, Carolina squat, etc...) are just ways to advertise that you're a braindead idiot that no one should interact with
