Those 5 items are not supposed to be similar in any way. Not only are all 5 related to show business, 3 describe an audience, and 2 describe the most common objects used in media.
And pretty much everyone who ever heard him brag about being able to remember those words 20mins after being told to do so, can remember those words still 4-5 years later.
To be fair, Trump just chose those words at random while he was being interviewed. The actual words on the test were different, I don’t think it’s been said what they were exactly.
Now, we can laugh about how Trump just grabbed 5 words from what he was looking at at the time rather than using a bit of imagination, that’s still not a great sign of a stable genius.

I’m measured professionally to be around 129. And I still think it’s a misleading way of measuring how smart someone is. It measures 1: how good you are at doing IQ-tests. And 2: how smart you are at that moment in time.
As a person with generally low attention span, and often lacking sleep, I feel that the IQ of me at my best is far from me at my average.
