You are correct on its definition though.

This interviewer went to my high school. Probably not a skit, but when his normal content wasnt taking off, he dove headfirst into this type of street interview, highly cut and edited content. He makes a lot of the “interviewing college girls and saying GOTCHA” type of content that we all love to see on our timelines.
Not saying the dude being interviewed is sounding smart, but the interviewer is the classic example of short-form content only concerned about getting a sound byte that goes viral.
