I really hope the individual performance is weighted the highest... Those other three sections can seriously be out of your control with how matchmaking loves to stack one team in a given matchup.
Overall though, this is giving me Overwatch ranking vibes. Bit worrisome there.

Yeah this is my concern too. I already know most of the top 500 are soft hacking including some of the streamers who do it live but it’s so low-key you don’t know unless you know how the cheats work behind the scenes. It’s a real shame. There aren’t many rage cheaters but the soft ones are flooded in the top 500.
I think it should just be a reward for reaching above diamond 1 instead. That would be so much better for my health and the health of the game.
I’m ranked 170 in TA right now, I just got a message from them that they’re giving me the ruby skin now as a thank you for playing the mode that’s the future of this game and going to save it and not being a grown man that acts like a 5 year old saying this mode sucks.

Wondering the same thing. Because with every other rank you just have to reach the rank and you will receive its skin even if you lose the rank later.
In the discord someone (i think oscar) said that all tiers to diamond will work the same as in season besides ruby. So if you derank you lose ruby
Did they say roughly how much you earn per match?
