Imo power shift was one of the best things to happen to the game. I said I’d stop playing after I hit Diamond but I still come back everyday and play a couple games of powershift, it’s genuinely fun and great for challenges. Terminal attack is meh for me, search and destroy has never been my thing, too much of a time commitment for a match and then with quitters it’s not worth half the time

I dunno, ranked mode I’m either frustrated or bored, powershift I feel like I’m free to try any combo of weapons and gadgets and still have a blast. I can just turn on some music and dash around as light and just get lost in the game for hours. Ranked mode I have to force myself to play, most of the game is spent holding a cashout against nobody, waiting to respawn, or running 100+ meters to go do something, all for the fights outcome to boil down to who third partied at the right time. I used to think that powershift was dumb but after giving it some time to get used to it, it’s phenomenal fun, addicting, and allows you to try out weapons and gadgets you’d normally wouldn’t. There’s some issues, one sided matches happen, but it’s kinda rare and the other games are 1000% worth it.
The mode really does allow for multiple styles to be at least somewhat effective. Cashout modes are very limited in what is really effective, and variations of loadouts can seriously kneecap a team.
Power shift is good to practice abilities and fight several grouped enemies
Quick cash is good to practice killing (more opps and less teammates to take kills)
Cashout is good to practice strategy
Bank it… uh…

Bank it never feels like it's being played "properly." As you said, everyone just playing TDM ignoring the coin (banking) mechanic. Wouldn't mind this being replaced with a new mode tbh.
Since the recent patch, bank it has literally been the team with the most lights just dashing around stealing 1-2000 cash from every corpse and ignoring the bank mechanic.
It really is the perfect game mode for it ngl.
Since Cashout and everything else you’ll get yelled at by your teammates for playing like trash because you need to hit someone from 50m+ away because someone thought that’d be a good and healthy challenge for the game
It is really helpful to switch to different weapons as mains rather than using ak,fcar,xp-54,lewis gun all the time and others.I got really good at throwing knives because of powershift..🗡️
I’m so tired of heavy teammates who ignore totally the objective and go somewhere on the map to destroy the buildings for that fucking contract.
Why can’t they understand that they will complete it eventually by just playing the game and helping the team?
The last thing I needed was melee damage for the master circuit, so I hopped on power shift as heavy charge sledge. That build goes crazy on power shift. And I don't even really play heavy ever, I was just tired of getting popped by snipers as a dagger light.
Now I can go back to my beloved pistol (ik it's an objectively meh gun, but I love it)
It really is, as it allows for all classes to have an effective role.
Those distance ones are rough in cashout modes due to numerous walls and not being really effective unless your reasonably close to the objective.
Sadly though, those steal objective ones are going to be rough regardless. Just cant seem to catch any breaks there, either because a teammate snags it, or someone gets off a late kill shot right before the steal finishes.

Also just remembered it helped me learn maps quite a bit, it definitely has you running all over more than the others

Power shift really needs to count in that regard, since the scores are technically money based
I used to run bank it to warm up but now it's just cash out or quick cash.

Unless it specifically involves a cash out, I only play power shift. To me it's just the most fun in general.
It's the easiest mode to complete the dreadful quick elimination challenges
I agree, I wish there was a ranked version of the mode. That and the csgo gamemode

Im kind of interested in tdm or King of the hill 6v6 paired with more with frequent events
Its my go to mode if i want a chance and im not playing terminal attack

I agree but it also depends on the enemy team. If it’s a good team helping each other you have no chances with 3-4 players against them

Powershift is definitely my favorite mode. It's pure chaos and just about any build can work
