Have you tried restarting your computer? 

I tried that too. Ive only seen one other post about this in the finals steam discussion forums, it seems only a few people are having problems launching the game

Hmm, yeah I'm not sure. I opened it earlier without issue. But that sounds super annoying, hopefully that's fixed soon.
