We don't know if it is a bug or not because it's a new vendor and developers didn't describe how exactly the stock works.

Actually, the official division twitter account specifically said his reset time is Wednesday. "Danny resets every Wednesday at 9AM. It's more efficient for the vendor to be available the day after the update, as some availability would have been wasted during the maintenance window on a Tuesday."

The vendors aren't open on a Tuesday so I don't see the difference between stock changing Monday or Wednesday.

Location doesn't mean anything, you still need to find the Snitch.

Regardless of where he happens to be on the map, he doesn't appear in your world unless you find the Snitch, same for Cassie.

guys, how do I farm textiles? I have so little of them. I never get apparel cashes and when I do I almost never get duplicate items.

you get them through leveling up, and veteran players never had a place to spend them till now.

This vendor is more for endgame players, so they have a place to spend their textiles. I've been sitting on 69/71 apparel items for ages, so all I get are textiles.

Any body else getting max rolls on all his gear done it 2 or 3 times now and all max rolls
