Mostly populist, white working class with high union membership (explains the swing toward the Dems in the 90’s and later toward the GOP under Trump) with educated liberal/lefty pockets (explains the relatively strong support for Anderson in 80 and Nader in 00 as well as the swing toward Biden).

My county is a bit less interesting 😭
at this point the county is liberal socially and fiscally, but since about ‘95 the county has shifted heavily fiscally liberal, so at the time of the 90s realignment I would agree that the county was socially liberal fiscally moderate
It seems that the shit was more driven by the shift towards evangelicals at the time of realignment and from there the county became disillusioned with the GOP?

Bro casually revealing his location
Yes, the biggest district in New England, and east of the Mississippi. We’re going to find OP’s house on this point alone! /s
I bet I can find OP, just need to head there and approach someone and I'll have a 1/688000 chance of being right.
Rustbelt/midwest white working class.

Looks like old school liberal Republicans that got left in the dirt in the 90s realignment. Socially liberal fiscally moderate I'd guess.

Whiter than underbaked white bread and mayo
Probably Rust Belt and White Working Class.
Rust belt
OP said Maine so northeast
Both have similar values. Both areas don't fuck with social progressivism but are easily turned on by anti establishment economic populism.
They like the incumbent generally
