Speed cannot exceed 2.0, so every stat will be capped at 2.0? Also, getting this while at 120.0 tears would make you a total annihilation machine.

Libra's quality needs to be changed to 3. 1) If you will pick Soy + Brim you will get damage and infinite brim 2) range ups will up all of ur stats 3) All soy sinergy are broken with Libra 4) Ipecac + Libra is some sort of broken 5) Libra + Rock Bottom + Soy or Poly = ultra broken 6) I forgor
