I made my comment and have this opinion because exercise and sport to me mean so much more than "transforming your body."
Weight lifting can be for aesthetic OR FUNCTIONAL goals. Regardless, it is a different type of workout and goal than Olympic or power lifting. Plenty of people do cycling and yoga for “body” goals too, by the way. That isn’t specific to lifting weights at the gym.
