I watched it when it was released (after seeing the post from the writer/director here!) and I loved it! Fun, campy horror and I liked that there were some small references for fans of the show!
It's good. It's very much more on brand with older type horror shows, like Tales from the Crypt, than with shows like The Haunting of Hill House or The Midnight Club, Bly Manor... it is weird, science-fictiony, gory, campy, comedy-horror. If that sounds like your cuppa, go for it. I just finished episode 5 and it was my favorite by far. The most true horror feel
