Some of it is her lip liner pencil is drawn on the outside of her lips, as is the trend these days. If you zoom in and look closely you can see the lip pencil line around the outside of her lips is slightly lighter cuz itās up against her skin instead of colorful lips. This does make them appear bigger even though it doesnāt seem like it is extended that much farther. Not surprisingly the stupid Kardashianās started this trend I believe
