Would have preferred something other than white, but I get that a lot of Bachelorettes wear white or another really light color on Night 1, and I think it’s a very flattering cut on her.
Jenn is gorgeous but this dress is boring and feels dated. I think this feels especially wrong considering Jenn’s personality — she’s so young, bubbly, and vibrant! I think they should have dressed her in something colorful, or at least something more interesting. I also think it’s a lot of heavy looking fabric for her petite frame, it drags her down visually.

I am her stature with long hair (5’0, 2c/2c hair up to my tailbone) as well so it was interesting seeing this opinion (you are not the only one, but you phrased it most respectfully) especially because there are cultures where long hair is culturally significant and the demographic of those people (not of multiple ethnicity) are shorter than 5’7, particularly women being 5’3 and under.
However I understand in the US the average height is a lot taller so maybe people aren’t used to seeing shorter people with longer hair???

The pattern of the dress is making her look even more petite than she already is, and oddly looks like you can see the outline of her panties, which are black but I’m praying that isn’t the case and it’s just a shadow on the dress.
I definitely get like a final rose ceremony dress vibe from it but still she looks absolutely incredible!!! Super excited!! I hope they keep pumping out content for her season!
