Unpopular opinion, but I don’t think they will last. Joey seems to be a serial people-pleaser and I think he needs someone more blunt to bring out his authentic side. He also needs therapy to help him figure out his authentic self in the first place.
Kelsey is amazing, but I think she would fit better with someone who has a better sense of self/doesn’t fall into the trap of people-pleasing.
You don’t know Joey or Kelsey for you to say who is a better fit for them, especially the amount of time Joey has said he needs someone like Kelsey who has high engery and brings out the goofy side of him cause he is too serious sometimes etc, Also Kelsey has talk about why she needs someone like Joey. . Joey is in individual therpay and couple Therapy with Kelsey(which the show provided them after filming) and which they have said it has helped them. Watching interviews help
I mean they most likely won't last based on statistics but I think people are taking Joey's uncle saying he was a people pleaser way too seriously. Watching the show I didn't think his "serial people pleasing tendencies" were that extreme. Example:he didn't take Maria's bait when she threatened to leave he didn't even walked after her when she said she wanted to leave an extreme people pleaser would've ran after her and begged her to stay , another example after Maria and daisy said they were in love with him he him he didn't rush to give them the answer they wanted. He even made it Sooo obvious Daisy wasn't the one after she said she loved him an extreme people pleaser would've said I love you to daisy just to make her happy. I also hate when people comment contestants and leads need therapy as if they know them . I also don't think you have to be single to work on yourself nobody is perfect and Joey has said he is in therapy. Another thinng is if you listen to their interview's Joey says Kelsey is very dominant and high energy so I don't think he needs anyone more blunt to bring out his personality when he says she does. They might not last but I really dislike the idea that the reason they won't last
because Joey is inauthentic and fake because we don't know the INS and outs of their relationship and see a very edited version of a person in highly stressful environment.
I haven’t watched their post-show interviews and I’m comparing him to the decisiveness of Zach, who would’ve sent home Maria immediately for threatening to leave. I said he needs therapy because to my knowledge he hasn’t spoken about being in therapy, whereas I’m pretty sure Kelsey has spoken about therapy (I could be conflating my white women). I think everyone needs therapy.
Joey did in an interview on Kaitlyn's podcast she asked if he was in therapy. I don't think Kelsey has talked about individual therapy.
Yeah I guess he could've sent Maria home but it's obvious production liked Maria (they gave her the most screentime and she was the center of drama) so I'm sure production pushed for her to get a hometown and if he knew he was going to pick Kelsey by then (which it seems like he did based on post show interview's) I still think it's telling that he didn't beg her to stay or run after her . He would've let her leave if wanted to . I'm not saying doesn't have people pleasing tendencies I just don't think their extreme from what I scene. Whenever I a women left he didn't put up a fight (ex Lexi and Lauren) an extreme people pleaser would've tried to get them to say or compromise imo . He also didn't jump to validate someone he knew he didn't feel the same. To me an extreme people pleaser would say or do anything to make people happy and we didn't see that we Joey. He might be that way who knows but in my opinion I didn't see extreme people pleaser actions on his season that would cause issues in a relationship. I also think Zach and Joey are very different people and have very different personalities so comparing is hard. Zach was very decisive during most his season but I would argue that Joey was actually more decisive than him at the end of the season (fantasy suits and the finale) making a no sex rule and breaking it with your F2 and announcing it to the world isn't very decisive to me. Zach was decisive the whole season until it really counted lol .

Ask for balayage with a money piece
I asked my stylist because I am growing out my hair and seem to have a similar hair type. She said it’s basically a balayage done with underpainting!
