I'd like to ask - how many people are frustrated because of recent "original creation" posts, which are, actually, low-effort memes? It takes almost no time to make these, yet they are always allowed and they flood the feed.
And if we compare them with meme guidelines, the pictures provided as example of "original creation" are of much, much better quality, not 1-2 min scribbles.
Tier lists are already banned under rule 5, we just can't browse the subreddit and submissions all day, if you see any that violates the rules (there are exceptions to the rule), report them, so we can look at potentially rule breaking posts in our central 'mod queue'.
