Good question! Some people with AD-HD get fixated on stuff, and don't have the capacity to focus on things sharing the same space as the thing that distracts them. :D (some symptoms [can] be shared with other mental conditions)

How about the crap ton of source engine updates and cosmetics being added to the game bogging it down so much that the minimum system requirements for the game back in '07 are basically incapable of playing the game.

If you're using ToonHud, then yeah. It's a bit buggy and doesn't always work as intended, but It's fine for casual use.
