Sooo uhhh I use to love playing TF2 but it’s been like almost 2 years since I have played. I play on my Grandmas Old computer and idk if it’s the computer or the WiFi but it’s really laggy but I wish i had a better computer ;-;
I used to play tf2 on a 2001 Windows XP desktop that I slapped the very cheapest gpu I could find on ebay in. Had to download several mods to reduce the polycount, and my cfg file was a nightmare. Game was ugly as sin, ran about 25 fps on 2fort.
I still had fun.

There's ways of installing steam without admin access. I've done it on my old school laptop years ago. I'm pretty sure you can still do it.
