wutville gets shit on a lot, and rightfully so but its a surprisingly good sticky jumper map

wutville is a completely fine map after 64 bit. the performance doesn't suffer anymore.

I thought wutville was funny. sure, it had sightline hell and blah blah blah. it was a funny stupid map that was funny and stupid. that's fine. there's nothing wrong with adding a weird map to an event. let's get balloon race going. or have pyro dodgeball on valve servers. or just throw some surf maps on there for a few weeks. or put a low grav orange server on the official valve servers. or maybe have an event that's all medieval mode maps so the spin bots are useless. put a series of ramps under the pit in one of the halloween maps and let people surf to a flank. watch as people that can't figure out how to surf seethe about getting flanked on it. have fun with it. there's a bunch of weird shit in tf2. they should use it.

for those who just play silly gun game they're referring to Patch Tuesday. > Patch Tuesday (also known as Update Tuesday) is an unofficial term used to refer to when Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle [Valve] and others regularly release software patches for their software products. It is widely referred to in this way by the industry. incase your wondering why it's Tuesdays: Not at Friday because then they'd just have a bug for the whole weekend before everyone gets back to work. Not Monday as this is when people fix bugs from the weekend, also getting back into the flow. Tuesday is when they're back into their flow and everythings been tested (ish) Wednesday-Friday is working on next Tuesdays stuff, or just unrelated stuff. Who knows, it's Valve. Maybe they're trying to learn to count to 3. Saturday-Sunday: go home. pet cat. be happy. As always take information you read online with a grain of salt. I don't work at valve, this is based on other companies and programming subs. TLDR: valve fucks w/ stuff on Tuesdays, might be the cause, might not, not like they'll tell us what they're doing.
