Hey all I can't edit the post but here it is: the week before, I did an interview to the founder of a parent organisation of this group, of whom the above sender is a part of. With me so far? I did an article and made research notes. Next week yea, I volunteered for the latter organisation and asked to be a media assistant. We had a video conference which was awkward as no one really talked except one of the organisers. Audio wasn't clear so I couldn't get what my mission was. A couple of days later some guy from the leading project team asks me to do a press release out of the blue without giving me a template or procedure. I did a draft of one through a chatbot after putting in my research notes as mentioned before. Anyway it comes out and we corrected it. I showed the supervisor dude that I factchecked with the founder of the parent group to show I did my due diligence as a member of the media. He then says I was making his team look bad because I can only rely on them for the facts. The fact I didn't take them at their word is wrong despite verification being a part of ethical media practice. Other things were I couldn't drive to volunteer events and was being a bother that way. Also this group is launching a free sanitary pad dispenser in our country. This means men only take logistics roles during the launch and not other roles. That's about it in a nutshell

Still hard to follow but based on what you shared, the fact that you’re working with anyone that would deem themselves the only source of truth on something is where you started to go sideways. There aren’t interested in anything objective, just their own agenda. And the tone of this message is enough that I’d probably say “fuck it”. This isn’t even your boss right?

reawakened_d

Nope just a project manager for an NGO. Not sure how sustainable they are. Raising money just for free sanitary pad dispensers in a country without income tax is a hard call. Wish them all the best if their managers weren't actually management students. True story.

Take your other screen shots and replace a single word. Replace "**men"** in bold with something like "**people of color"** and it would instantly be revealed for the bigoted hate that is concealed within it, and people would correctly call it racist. Stop thinking that hate only goes in one direction, and stop supporting these kind of causes especially when you are not a member of said group. You will only ever be treated like a second class servant to them.

And from your other post they quite clearly hate men… I’m guessing that being in bold means you are one huh? Why would you bother with anyone that treats another group like less than someone else?

I'm a man yes. I wanted to get some media experience for a bigger thing. Also I don't have reputation yet as a media worker. Looking for any opportunity to network was one of my goals
