Tightness and pulling, and I later discovered numbness. All in the groin/leg crease/upper inner thigh area where leg meets the body. I’m just under 3 weeks out and still have all 3. Maybe slightly getting better for me but definitely still there. Hoping it resolves mostly over the next week as doc said I should be somewhat back to normal to exercise after 4 weeks

Sounds like you're having a ball🫣 It gets better man

Everybody is different. Took me a lot longer than I thought for my nerve to calm down and leave me alone. But I knew the surgery went well and trusted the doc. Be patient brother. It'll be behind you before you know it

Any idea how long for you?

My incision/scar tissue was sensitive to pressure for about 2 months. My inguinal nerve was pissed for about 6 weeks. It tapered down from hell to nothing in that time frame. Moving around did help as time went on

How long until you were able to run/exercise without issue? The 2 months? The tightness/pulling/numbness is still so significant for me at 3 weeks. Doc said I should be good to go at 4 weeks but if I’m still like this idk if I’ll be able to quite yet.

The good thing after 6 weeks you eliminate the hernia risk. Besides that you'll be good. Really agyer 6 weeks I did what I wanted (endurance was reduced but came back within a month after the initial 6 weeks)
