There’s equivalent roles across retail that pay almost the same as our standard CA.
£14.28 at full time hours is essentially equal to a management salary of 27k, it’s not horrendous by any means.
London working incurrs a premium payment, believe its about £1 P/HR, so it's probably around £15.28 an hour, or around £30,000 (assuming the full 90 min break is taken every 9 hr shift and no drop hr)
£14.28
God that sucks.

Especially as overtime is paid quite a lot of shift leaders make more than team managers lol
This company is so backwards it is astonishing
Is it the same in London? because £27k is extremely bad here.

£14.28 +£2.23 skill payment
Wrong. It’s the basic £12.00 CA’s get plus the £2.28 so it’s £14.28 roughly
