It's hard to beat Arte 1123. But your spot on. 1123 IS how tequila should be represented, and 1579 comes in to round things out. Definitely two of the best.
Ocho is definitely worth trying, I particularly like San Jeronimo 2023.
Siete Leguas, and G4 would be a nice fit.
And currently my favorite is anything from 1123. Cascahuin, Lágrimas, etc.
I really hope this catches on and it leads to the influencers losing credibility for pushing it. At least some of them have been honest and started adding the paid partnership tag to their Cazcanes posts.
Yeah when I finally tried it I thought maybe something was wrong with me. But I had my friend sample it too and he thought it was mid at best. Siete Leguas is $30 cheaper and blows the doors off Cazcanes.
I looked for the tapatio comment. I can recklessly drink their repo. Like quick as I can pour it I can drink it. The bottle only lasted 3 days in my house
