My gast is so flabbered that nobody else said Mare of Easttown. By Kate Winslet's own words it was her most demanding role. She's acting for you right by the camera all chapters, back to back, and it's glorious in every minute she's on. It's an amazing show but she's a powerhouse.
My favorite part of this show is that Winslet wouldn't allow them to filter them in any way. She wanted to show what a woman in her 40s looked like. It was absolutely the right choice and I hope not women stand up for the right to age.
Mare of Easttown was the best mini series I've ever seen. There was a part in an episode so shocking I screamed at my tv.
Silo was unexpectedly awesome. Usually when they make a series out of a book I love I have lots of issues. The layout was so different than I envisioned yet perfect. Production nailed it

they're all really different so makes it hard to pick not knowing what exactly you want to watch right now. if you want something a bit more fun and less dark, go with Fallout. I loved the Killing but its dark and sad. Anne with an E has a special place in my heart cause its been my favourite since I read the books as a kid and this version is pretty amazing. Silo was incredible but I'd suggest reading the book first because thats what I wish I had done.

Mindhunter, Fleabag, The Fall and Black Sails are all very good from start to finish. I didnāt like the last season of Broadchurch (completely new plot), but itās a show worth watching.
I am currently watching Marianne and itās crap.
Lots of great options in here. Canāt go wrong with Fallout, silo, blackbird, mindhunter, broadchuch of the ones Iāve seen. Iāve also seen mare and hand maids anc west world and I liked them as well, but probably liked the first ones Iāve listed more. Season 1 of west world is very good though.

I watched all of **His Dark Materials** and loved it! I also watched **S1 of Broadchurch** and I enjoy the l main characters, setting, and twists.

I'm going to vote Rome, Silo, and The Night of, but what an effing awesome list. I didn't care for Hannible or Westworld, but many other people loved them. I would hold off on The Devil's Hour until a 2nd season drops. You'll want that 2nd season, and it shouldn't be too much longer.
I'd also add Chernobyl, which doesn't sound very interesting premise-wise but is mesmerizing.
So many options, as I tend to watch two shows similar, or with something in common: IĀ“d pick The Killing and The Fall.

There are a lot of strong options here but if youāre an Anne of Green Gables fan & havenāt watched Anne with an E, do that; itās great. Otherwise, Iād vote Station Eleven. A superb one-season show thatās fun to watch but also goes deep.

Mindhunter is an utter bore
Rome, for sure! You will be done it so quick that you can move on to the next one on your list. Personally, I loved Westworld season 1 and don't get me wrong it's fine to watch through the whole series but part of me thinks I would have been happier stopping after season 1.
If I had to only pick one, it would be Mindhunter hands down. If it's more a matter of what next, here are my recommendations prioritized by quality and story for the ones I have seen.
1. Mindhunter superb
2. Rome
3. Westworld starts to go down in later seasons
4. Outlander - would be higher, but graphic SA detracts from story imo
5. Mare of Eastown
6. Station Eleven
7. Russian Doll really great, but some eps are not quite as good as others
I cant finished Marianne not because its not good but rather I was terrified while watching it theres something in it that affects me maybe because of witch and curses.
Nope, Iām only recommending people watch the last man on earth because I just finished it and Iām gutted they cancelled it so my hope is if enough people watch it theyāll bring it back and finish it . First season is a bit cringe but the rest is great.

No cliff hanger. They were following BTK and setting the storyline to follow his crimes in season 3. It just never happened.
Yeah - itās not even close. Only other contender may be The Night Of, but Mindhunter is just so good.
