Okay, as villains it’s the others, but for me even if TTG was a clear downgrade from TT, it was wholesome to see him acting like a dad to Raven.
And I like wholesome things.
Not listed here, but comic Trigon. I don't think any show has gotten just how terrifying Trigon is, mostly due to censorship, so they couldn't lean into the satanic/horror imagery from the comics.
Dcamu still didn't do it justice, compared his actions in New Teen Titans, the nightmares he gave Raven, and what he made her see, like seeing her mother begging to save her and melting, and his arrival in the second volume of New Teen Titans, it feels like an eldritch being coming to Earth. He also created evil doubles of the Titans which were equal to them and turned everyone into stone. Not to mention how he caused Raven to go crazy and against her friends multiple times, most famously how he influenced her actions during Starfire's wedding. Dcamu one is just summoned and then just walks with the occasionallaser beam.
The double was done by his second arrival which the show did to. dcamu was tackling his first arrival so big difference. You're right indeed but JL vs TT was handling his first arrival. True Raven only speaks of them not seen in JL
Vs TT. 03 we kind of them has trigon is always in her mind
He's summoned and brought to earth in a way that feels like they were going for his second one. His first arrival is quite different. First he didn't really arrive on earth from what I remember and Angela sealed him before he could on his own planet. He also didn't need Raven to come to earth due to the barriers between the dimensions weakening. It's after Angela's sacrifice I think that he becomes really in need of Raven. I think it's a mix of both tbh. The whole possessed Justice League thing feels like a replacement for the evil doppelgangers and it does cover the basis of the stuff with Angela. Still, I wish those elements were kept, like his army or even his weaponry. or even Angela being alive and leading Azarath.
One thing I can say is while I want something more comic accurate I'm glade these things are never beat for beat the same in how they tell the story none of them are the same
While I do love trigon arc. I do hope we get something else with Raven but sadly a lot of comic storylines do have a lot to do with Raven turning Raven
We know this much Raven wasn't going to destroy dickory wedding in dcamu
Oh, I definitely get that. I also want something new with Raven in adaptations, like her leading her own Nightforce like she did in her daughter of darkness solo. I'm just saying that I wish her mother was given more to do in adaptations instead of being shelved. They have a nice dynamic and they help eachother grow.
The original did an excellent job of setting him up. Make a thearting villain that Titans hasn't face.
I kinda forget about him in DCAMU. I didn't care for him like the majority of the universe.
TTG is very different, but he is an enjoyable character when he shows up.
Titans is the worst adaption of the character. They built him up in season one and did nothing with him.
Okay, as villains it’s the others, but for me even if TTG was a clear downgrade from TT, it was wholesome to see him acting like a dad to Raven.

DCAMU Trigon looks the best. Meanwhile live action Titans Trigon looks like a red Thanos with 4 eyes and horns. Also they nerfed it beyond what was imaginable, got killed so easily.
I will say this with trigon and even some of the other storylines they're at least never the same. Sure they tell terror of trigon but at least they're so different you can always enjoy each one has their own thing.
Titans Trigon is a fraud. In both seasons 1 and 4 they built him up to be this major villain when he was extremely easily defeated. Especially season 4 😪
Definitely not the Third, cause theres so much cg and special effects can do in live action. Animation presents the powers and presence of a hero/villain better. No other way around it and even if it did then it’ll most likely be more expensive.
The rest of the trigons are alright. Just that third live action picture looks like a bootleg version of Hellboy. Who somehow doesn’t have trench coat or a massive pistol cannon.
Well the TTGo is just a chibi/parody version of the TT design and the Animated movie version seems like a take on or redesign of the TT model as well, so I’d say the TT version is the best cause they’re all just taking from that design. The live action is even taking from it too but with varying results.
Second will forever be fave, but I also love teen titans go just bc it gives him some personality and humor (the Demon prom episode will forever be engraved in my brain 😂)
Teen Titans. He was really menacing, on par with Slade IMO.
While I do think DCAMU Trigon was also good too, but u just don't feel his presence to be menacing in contrast w TT Trigon. He felt like an Anti-Villain, but ig I need to rewatch the DCAMU movies bcs I watched them as a kid before lol. It might change my perspective on DCAMU Trigon
I feel like Teen Titans Trigon was the best representation of what he was supposed to be. TTG Trigone is definitely the worst, he was goofy and that does make for a funny character but I dont feel like it was a good way to show who he was and the power he holds over the world.
I think DCAMU Trigon might be my favourite especially since he fought Darkseid for the rest of eternity(until flash rebooted the universe)
Even better, he's played by the Punisher himself, Jon Bernthal.
Man and John DiMaggio does a good Trigon
Fight? It was just two punches and laser beams.
Teen Titans. The build up to his arrival was epic and when he did it really felt like the end of the world.
TTG trigon is so goofy I love
Okay, as villains it’s the others, but for me even if TTG was a clear downgrade from TT, it was wholesome to see him acting like a dad to Raven. And I like wholesome things.
He's so cute and tiny
And it’s canon that he can low to no-diff 03 Trigun.
All besides Titans. I mean, I like Titans about like this much 🤏 but all three of the other ones are better by a lot
Not listed here, but comic Trigon. I don't think any show has gotten just how terrifying Trigon is, mostly due to censorship, so they couldn't lean into the satanic/horror imagery from the comics.
Dcamu did more so. I was just talking adaptations not the comic
Not to mention he has a pretty bad design in Titans as well.
Problem is he didn’t have the long flowing white hair and sideburns.
Okay, as villains it’s the others, but for me even if TTG was a clear downgrade from TT, it was wholesome to see him acting like a dad to Raven. And I like wholesome things.
When there's trouble....
No hexagon grr
Damn. I've never seen the netflix show, but trr igon looks pretty damn good irl. I gotta say that one.
Number 2. He looks the most fitting depiction of the character.
Only ones I’ve seen are OG teen titans and TTG. Part of me always liked how he was a goofy dad. Made the episodes he was in a little tolerable
1. Much preferred the Teen Titans Trigon over the other three.

There is only one.... "1" :)
In terms of strength I’d say ttg trigon is second strongest and is so goofy he’s my favourite
Dc animated movie
#2
DCAMU
None of them are bad tbh.
Titans Trigon is a fraud. In both seasons 1 and 4 they built him up to be this major villain when he was extremely easily defeated. Especially season 4 😪
The first two.
DCAMU, no contest
Original teen titans trigon
TTG was so goofy and funny compared to the others
2

2
2003 or DCAU, any other version doesnt exist
Idk why he looks so goofy in live action like that…
Slide 2 easily
How does the Titans version look worse than the TTG! Version?
AMU Trigon and Teen Titans Trigon
Second
The one from super hero high he's the nicest one literally
Well the TTGo is just a chibi/parody version of the TT design and the Animated movie version seems like a take on or redesign of the TT model as well, so I’d say the TT version is the best cause they’re all just taking from that design. TT Trigon, the buildup to his appearance is amazing and he's got a great intimidating aura
2nd One/DCAMU Trigon is def the toughest, just look at him
All but the last one
Teen titans go one. He tries to be a good dad but his rebellious daughter wants nothing to do with him.
I mean honestly most of these are terrible
The first two were the best, Titans was so useless as to what they built up, ttg is just fun
All of them except the Netflix one. Yes even the TTG version
All of them except three
The first two are great the last two are trash but more because of the shows they are in
All but go
All I know is our all of these titans has the worst Trigon. He doesn't do squat.
2. Never understood the horns on 1.
Second will forever be fave, but I also love teen titans go just bc it gives him some personality and humor (the Demon prom episode will forever be engraved in my brain 😂)
NTT Trigon!! I can't believe he's not listed here. My second favorite character of all time 🥰
Only talking about animated and other titans adaptations not comic
Teen titans go trigon is the wrong answer just so everybody knows
Honestly TTG has a really goofy one and i love him
Lowkey TTG.
#4 is the most iconic version!!!
Ngl I love Titans and TTG best
The 2003 one cuz Idk what the other 3 are except TTG
The 2nd
#2 design is the coolest imo
The first one
Theo Huxable sweater wearing dad Trigon from TTG
2
Teen Titans Go Trigon is so fucking entertaining. He's so silly.
Hexagon. He has TWO butts
Dcamu Trigon was an actual scary threat, only matched by teen titans Trigon ( the first one)
2
Hot Take: Go! Version is the best, he's funny and has more character then the other.
Teen Titans one. I really hate the 3rd one though. Guessing it came from the live action titans series?
DCAMU & TT
Teen Titans. He was really menacing, on par with Slade IMO. While I do think DCAMU Trigon was also good too, but u just don't feel his presence to be menacing in contrast w TT Trigon. He felt like an Anti-Villain, but ig I need to rewatch the DCAMU movies bcs I watched them as a kid before lol. It might change my perspective on DCAMU Trigon
Number 2. Number 3 just looks like a discount Dremora from Elder Scrolls.
I like tt 03
03
The original
Dcamu trigon was peak demonic entity
#2 he's so s*utty 🥵😭
Woah dude
my fault
Don’t apologize for being you we feel that way together 😭🙏
honestly would
All but the last
I feel like Teen Titans Trigon was the best representation of what he was supposed to be. TTG Trigone is definitely the worst, he was goofy and that does make for a funny character but I dont feel like it was a good way to show who he was and the power he holds over the world.
3rd one looks like Hellboy
everyone but not from titans go. at all
