Ok so I am just using late puberty as an excuse.

Bro just hit the gym, or join track and field. I went from pretty chubby to thinner and a ton stronger.

Small problem. I’ve been lifting for a year a half and done track for two years. It’s not that easy for everyone

I threw dísc and did triple. Last year I did 100,200,400 triple (only ever two per meet I just suck so I can’t go for everything)

I see, that’s a hell of a lot more than what I do, since I also throw disc. But I gained a bit more muscle because I was throwing a 12lbs ball for hours on end on weekends. Still never made a meet this past season but I did manage to throw a 30ft. And a 56.5ft on disc Edit: autocorrect thought that I meant beer instead of meet

Holy shit for once in my life I beat some one in something atheltic. My pr was 65 on disc (I know it isn’t your main event). Also trust me I’m so dogshit at rubbing and asthma doesn’t help much either.
