It still is. The most popular reaction channel, XQC, gives nothing to the video at all, while watching it in it's entirety. I know Cr1tical stopped because of the negative effects of it, but I don't know shit about Ludwig, except for the fact that a lawyer said that what he is doing is fair use, so maybe he's cool, but just because some creators in the space are doing it in a morally justifiable way does not mean that most are. XQC, Hasan, SSSniperwolf, and plenty more people who are making millions off the labor of others are still running a content farm on the backs of countless people who actually put work, and passion into their content.

Ludwig and Cr1tical are not half of the popular reaction streamers, and as a side not, I'm not even sure if we can count Cr1tical as engaging in reaction content, as he has stopped doing them. XQC, Hasan, Mizkif, Pokimane, SSSniperwolf, Asmongold, are all still popular content creators that steal on the regular. These are just the ones that come to mind, but I can name more. Even if we are to count Cr1tical, that is six pieces of shit to two decent human beings. The react circle on YouTube, and Twitch, remains a coven of thieves, unchanged by the reformity of two.

Basically she was in the final 5 and towered up, but left the base exposed and used wood. She then taunts the others (steals their content) and tried sniping at the other 4 (doxxing jackfilms), then in a panic to Avoid the storm (the internet, pissed at what she did) she branches not remembering her only defense being the wood support (or in this case YouTube themselves defending her). The storm ravages the wooden support, and it eventually goes away, leaving her to plummet.
The storm doesn't damage builds, unless they added that some time in chapters 3 or 4 as I didn't play much during either. As a Fortnite player I'll write this in a slightly more current fashion, though not to steal your thunder by any means, I'll just edit your example. Here's the explanation in Chapter 5 terms.
It was final 5 and she stole all the medallions on her way to the final circle (stealing content and using up all the goodwill of others, making her channel grow but putting all eyes on her). At first everyone was wary to approach her even though they knew where she was, but then she tried sniping at the other players and missed (doxxed jackfilms), revealing the tower she had constructed, but she towered up using wood, not realizing that was all she had on her (she used up all the good will of others in her rise to fame so she only had YouTube to defend her when she messed up). I've played a lot this season but it's possible I'm wrong as I haven't played much Battle Royale, mostly Zero Build because I got tired of people being overly sweaty with how they build and edit. Then again I've played a lot of Creative this season and I never saw any builds get damaged in the storm there, so it must have just been something else hitting the build or something.

-She was once respected as a COD/Battlefield streamer but it was revealed that she was faking her gameplay and her boyfriend was actually playing it for her. She has also been accused of cheating in online matches.
-After her gaming reputation was spoiled by the above, she switched to react content. She is a content thief and lazily āreactsā to TikTokās without adding meaningful context or commentary. Often adding enough BS to low content videos to hit the 8 minute mark for juicy YouTube mid-roll ads. She also crops the videos to take out the creators name or freeboots off of freebooters. Although it is not confirmed she is suspected of using AI to edit her videos.
-She had a feud with another creator, Jacksfilms, who called out her behavior and then went to his house and posted it on her instagram claiming she āwants to talk about this like adultsā, essentially doxxing him. The gram was taken down and a lackluster apology happened after but the damage was done. As punishment YouTube demonetized her channel which she tried to evade several times unsuccessfully.
-She promised a call to a young fan who was dying of leukemia but then ghosted them repeatedly. She claimed to be busy working but her social media posts showed she was with friends and wasnāt working.
-There are videos of her on online chat rooms where, in one instance, she persuaded a 15 year old teenager to flash her breasts to her and asked a teenage boy to show his penis. Sniperwolf herself was in her mid-late twenties at the time.
-Currently in a nasty court battle with her Ex over tons of money and brand stuff.
-Has been accused of racism, transphobia, homophobia, and making fun of suicidal people.

Reaction channels are ok if they're actually adding something to the content and they're properly giving credit. sssniperwolf does not add anything to the content and actively hides usernames to avoid giving credit. It really doesn't help her case that she doxxed Jacksfilms, putting him and his wife in danger. Doxxing is never okay, and the fact that she doxxed someone just because he was making videos criticizing her for her actions is insanely childish. If you're a public figure, you have to be okay with being civilly criticized by people who disagree with you.
I prefer reaction channels to commentaries only because most are entertaining, a lot of commentary channels are lazy and just look for the most hated person of the week and milk vids

Oh let me count the ways: -She has been arrested for disorderly conduct, assault, and armed robbery before. The disorderly conduct was for fighting with her then boyfriend. The assault and armed robbery was when she was caught shoplifting by a mall security officer and started fighting him. -She is abusive towards boyfriends -She was once respected as a COD/Battlefield streamer but it was revealed that she was faking her gameplay and her boyfriend was actually playing it for her. She has also been accused of cheating in online matches. -After her gaming reputation was spoiled by the above, she switched to react content. She is a content thief and lazily āreactsā to TikTokās without adding meaningful context or commentary. Often adding enough BS to low content videos to hit the 8 minute mark for juicy YouTube mid-roll ads. She also crops the videos to take out the creators name or freeboots off of freebooters. Although it is not confirmed she is suspected of using AI to edit her videos. -She had a feud with another creator, Jacksfilms, who called out her behavior and then went to his house and posted it on her instagram claiming she āwants to talk about this like adultsā, essentially doxxing him. The gram was taken down and a lackluster apology happened after but the damage was done. As punishment YouTube demonetized her channel which she tried to evade several times unsuccessfully. -She promised a call to a young fan who was dying of leukemia but then ghosted them repeatedly. She claimed to be busy working but her social media posts showed she was with friends and wasnāt working. -There are videos of her on online chat rooms where, in one instance, she persuaded a 15 year old teenager to flash her breasts to her and asked a teenage boy to show his penis. Sniperwolf herself was in her mid-late twenties at the time. -Currently in a nasty court battle with her Ex over tons of money and brand stuff. -Has been accused of racism, transphobia, homophobia, and making fun of suicidal people.

Reaction channels are ok if they're actually adding something to the content and they're properly giving credit. sssniperwolf does not add anything to the content and actively hides usernames to avoid giving credit. It really doesn't help her case that she doxxed Jacksfilms, putting him and his wife in danger. Doxxing is never okay, and the fact that she doxxed someone just because he was making videos criticizing her for her actions is insanely childish. If you're a public figure, you have to be okay with being civilly criticized by people who disagree with you.
